  • Products purchased under special offers or discounted prices are not eligible for return, unless defective.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • Please note that it may take 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products (including supplements, skincare, and health-related items) cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

  • We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund as per your preference.

7. Shipping Fees

  • In the case of a return due to a defect or error, we will cover the return shipping cost.
